Payment Methods - Receipt Methods - Shipping Costs

Payment methods:

• By credit, debit or prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners) through the secure E-Commerce environment of the National Bank.
• With Paypal
• Cash on delivery, paying upon receipt of the parcel at your place (cash on delivery costs 2.5 € / order in addition to shipping costs)
• Cash on delivery free of charge, with collection from the store (47 Venizelou Larissa).
• By deposit or transfer to the following bank account: (In case the deposit or transfer is made between different banks, the costs are borne exclusively by the customer.)

Methods of Collection:

Receipt  free from our store at 47 Venizelou Street, Larissa.

Via ELTA COURIER with shipping costs.

Cost of transportation:

• Orders over 60 € are not charged with shipping costs.
• For orders less than 60 € the following shipping costs apply:

* This column indicates the additional charge for each extra kg, beyond the first 2kg. For example, an order weighing 4kg, with delivery within Larissa, is charged with €3+€0.80+€0.80=€4.10

Delivery time:

All products that are marked "IN STOCK" can be made  Immediate receipt / Delivery 1 to 3 days to you or receipt from the store within a day.

** Delivery time may be extended, beyond expected (1-3 days), due to special circumstances (eg delay by courier companies, adverse weather conditions, etc.)

• In case cash on delivery is chosen as the method of payment, then cash on delivery costs of 2.50 € / order apply, in addition to transport costs except in the case of receipt from the store, which is free of charge.
• Orders placed after 15:00 pm are considered to have been placed on the next business day, in terms of the calculation of delivery days.
• For orders registered from abroad the shipping charges change depending on the destination.

Unable to Receive Parcel

In case of inability to receive your parcel, the parcel will be returned and the customer will be charged with the shipping costs and the costs of returned items which will be deducted from the amount that will be returned to you by us.
