Return Conditions

All returned items must be received by us in their original condition, without signs of wear or stains and suitable for resale. All products must bear all the labels and accompanying cards of the manufacturer, which they had at the time of purchase and bear the legal proof of purchase.

Cancel Orders

You can cancel your order by phone at 6983513410 or by e-mail at info @ huggygr. Order cancellation is not accepted as long as it has been invoiced and delivered to the courier company.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right within 14 calendar days to return the product you purchased and request a replacement or refund. The refund is made by deposit to the customer's bank account. Shipping and cash on delivery costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 The change of a product can be done either by phone at 6983513410 or by sending an e-mail to info@huggy.gr. Products on offer can be exchanged with other products on offer. Shipping costs are borne solely by the customer. These costs are 2.5 € for the return and 2.5 € for the shipment of the new product. Total 5 €.
